• Each bonus becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Your original deposit will also remain locked until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date — any bonus not used within that period will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bgd35 finds evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• bgd35 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Bgd35 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or incorrect identity information.
• Misuse of a bonus or betting through an unauthorized strategy.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to tamper with the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any verified balance will be returned; however, forfeitable bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent activity will not be refunded.
